Friday night’s grill offering — lemongrass, lime and coconut milk
marinaded chicken. Add a spicy peanut sauce and some fragrant basmati
rice, and it’s dinner time!

After talking about it for a few weeks, we finally planted a little garden box with some fun salad fixins.

Sara started a bunch of little plants from seeds and gave us a bunch of great garden starters — cucumber, lettuce, jalapeños and two types of tomatoes should give us some green snacks over the summer.

Darcy called in a burger emergency this morning, and in Atlanta, that means one thing: the Vortex.

Nevermind the wall mural with the questionable aureolas, this place makes a kick ass burger and awesome tater tots.

They just brought out our plates. Nom nom nom.

We’re at The EARL tonight for Friday dinner with Sara and Stormy.

Just out of frame is my PBR tallboy. I’ve got a Busch tall boy coming back after that. It’s all quality tonight!
